Have you seen how Scowly changed? I believe they all have went through that. Sometimes I am checking the older artwork, and even the overall atmosphere back then seems to be less comedic, and the characters seem to be more normal and at the same time less fleshed out, compared to how they feel now.
Heck, even ducks were drawn differently back then.
I think Froggy learned about Bunnies from watching Bunny Nun... Meaning she thinks that Bunnies are terrifying scary creatures. Hook-Bang knows what Frogs are firsthand but there are no Rabbits or Bunnies in the Convent, only Bunny Nun. Not the best presentation model for Bunnies and Rabbits. So, she maybe thinks that it would be better for Ducklings to follow the path of the duck than the path of the rabbit.
Furthermore I think Froggy Nun's Charisma stat is higher than the one of Bunny Nun.
