I don't think she'd remove Reumia's 'head decoration'. For obvious reasons.

It's not much actually, just the artist thanking people who commented and bookmarked this image in Pixiv.

Believe it or not, this might be canon because Yuuka's home, the garden of the sun is home to many fairies. This means that other than Remilia, Yuuka is a parental figure or guardian to giant population of fairies
