There IS a flat chest version, it wasn't uploaded here. Those are your options Huge or Flat. There is to my knowledge no medium sized varient.

Problem is that some artist had a tendency of exaggerating bust size especially when the character in question had a "modest size" officially.

Not really. Though I'm very used to it, so I imagine it I was new too hentai I would be pretty annoyed
