By "Lady and the Tramp" they are likely referring to the scene from Disney's Lady and the Tramp where the dogs are eating spaghetti, and one of the spaghetto would wind up in both of their mouths, leading them to kiss. The two of them are facing close enough that they could feasibly to the same with a cigarette.
