There's a lighter beige material over her chest and stomach, it's based off the Empress outfit with alternate colours.

Could have fooled me, or maybe it's just my monitor. The yellow of the fabric and the colour of the skin around her shoulders is quite similar, making her look as though she were topless if not for the grey ribbon around her nipples.

Still a beautiful picture that would make for a great doujin cover.

Judging by Rangetsu's recent posts, there will be another doujin out around winter time called "Yellow Noise".
