Seems like and as i guessed we are going with prosthesis solution since no one ever talking about super potions to heal her deteriorated limbs. According to twitter translation Reszurre is super sad and at the same time she faced the fact that she is losing her limbs head-on and accepted it since it was the one who told her that she has to go surgery and it was Mr. Medicine that she trusts that surgery gonna save her life.
Dude i am super sad, i really got sentimental. I hope in the last second they come up with any other solution that they dont amputee her. And lastly it seems that Adamska also have to tell something important about her well-being but not when Mr. Medicine around and she gonna speak with Elf-san alone later chapters. I wonder what's that important thing that he have to tell her, we will see.

Not prosthesis, transplanted limbs. She can still use those limbs as normal limbs, it's just not her original ones. They can't use the Potion route, as Adam said one page before, that the curse halts any attempt of healing; using the potion would just cut Rezzure's lifespan without doing anything to the limbs.

My bad didnt know what word to use so yeah you are right transplanted limbs. But still having transplanted limbs can still make her life better. All she needs to do is take back her old power as in get rid of that curse and meet up with her Elves brethen. They might help her if they have healer in their village.
Depends on how long this series goes, but considering how it's being talked about, I think there may be a quadruplegic period after Adamska can't find any compatible limbs (so more backpack elf) followed by "well, ACTUALLY there IS a legendary potion that will solve all your problems, but it'll take a quest to gather three legendary ingredients" type of thing to get the maximum happy ending.

Putting my hope that its actually good news
He'd just tell good news to Kusuriuri directly. (I doubt they're such a jackass they'd be like "psyche! There's totally a way to recover your limbs! Gotcha!") They're only secretive with bad news so it can be revealed at a more DRAMATIC time, like as the result of the operation is revealed.
If Adam's sense of ethics is screwy (which having a collection of questionably sourced body parts on ice would seem to imply) the thing he wants to tell Rez directly and not Kusu could be anything.
However, I get the impression we are not meant to question their ethics, since Kusu doesn't. In that case, we can make some inferences about what the secret might be.
it's none of Kusu's business. Which implies it's not a danger to her health, nor a complicating factor to her condition.
it's a sensitive issue, which might be rude to discuss openly
Adam thinks Rez should decide whether or not to tell Kusu, rather than Adam making the decision for her
Adam thinks it's plausible Rez will choose not to tell Kusu, which implies there is a compelling reason for not doing so
it's something Kusu has not already discovered, despite having closely examined Rez nude. In modern terms: something not detectable by a routine physical, but detectable by CT scan, MRI etc.
Taken together with Rez's backstory, I think these suggest something gynecological. Most likely possibilities are genital mutilation, and/or vaginal/uterine scarring that make it impossible for Rez to become pregnant. Conversely, she could be already pregnant. The chances of that are much lower though, as gibagiba does not appear to be going for that level of shock value.

It is already implied. By amputating her limbs those limbs would be freed from the curse, therefore nothing stops Adam from grafting it to a host trunk (probably himself) and using a High Potion to heal those limbs.

Those limbs are already dead. Unless Adamska is a good enough necromancer to return some actual life to the limbs first, necromancy is probably the only thing that would work on them at this point.

I agree with this hypothesis and also don't think it's actual pregnancy. In the prequel series, Reszurre makes a remark about there being a law/rule about having relations with "Ildains" (which I'm assuming is an in-world term for non-elf species). My guess is that this news is about the state of her virginity, or something of the sort, which could make Medicine Merchant's plan to return her to her own people just a little more complicated than he's expecting.

Uh, you know the prequel is about her being kidnapped and brutally abused, right?

Very aware, yes. It's why I'm glad it's not on Danbooru and I have to translate it on principle. I can get away with ignoring and not thinking about it for longer periods of time. Redemption stories like this, even if they're bittersweet, are still my jam. The schadenfreude of what came before? Not... so much.
Look man if all you do is bitch about every bloody detail you don't like in this series, which appears to be literally everything, then why do you not just bloody stop reading instead of trying to pick fights in the comment section. Seriously, I go to the comments to see what other people think/interpret and 75% of it is either you criticising minor plotpoints or you fighting with other users.

It's called "attention seeking". Treat it like you're reading about a billionaire crying about losing money: laugh at how pathetic it is internally and then delete it from your mind.
...shown that way, the building looks a little too Overlook Hotel for comfort.
I had one other thing I need to tell the girl, but... I suppose I'll tell that only to her later...As she said that, Reszurre's shoulders trembled faintly. Without her memory, being told such a thing by a person she didn't even know, she still accepted these cruel circumstances head-on. It's that strength of heart that I felt when I first met her. For this girl who believes in my worthless self, I have to do everything in my power to help her....Reszurre*Creak...*Before operating on her limbs, I went to tell her both the details and necessity of the medical treatment personally. During that time, Adamska went looking through his residence's cold storage collection for limbs that might be accepted by her body once attached; however, I imagine the chance of finding such a convenient set of arms and legs is rather slim............And that's the situation...
I wasn't able to...She appears to be awake, so get going alreadyIt's... okay
Mr. Apothecary...
I will...
put my faith in you.Mr. Apothecary... I'm glad... you're okay...
