The military is practically giving these girls free room and board. As long as they don't cause too much trouble the military is willing to look the other way with their antics.
Still wondering when they're gonna catch up with the Tiger girl. Of course, considering it took them almost all of last year to catch up with the Ox, they may just be having trouble again.
