I see nothing to indicate this is a tarot card. It's not tagged as such on Pixiv, not part of an obvious set, and contains no text or Roman numeral. (The commentary is not an X but a Greek lower-case chi, and does not appear to represent 'ten', as it is included in the unrelated post #2944201. If it is meant to be a Roman numeral, it would indicate Wheel of Fortune, but then the iconography would be all wrong.)
