We're never actually shown Youko's tank, and I'm guessing the T-26 that's shown on the official website is what is being used by the mob Keizoku instead (and not Youko). Whatever it was would have to be capable of shooting well over a kilometer. I counted, and the time of flight is about 5 seconds.

It might not be Youko's tank there, but from reference photos the vehicle shown looks like a T-26, as the road wheels are grouped in pairs, the rear wheel has 5 spokes, and there is that funky air duct thing on top of the rear deck.
I have not had a chance to see Episode 3 of Das Finale yet, but as far as what Youko's vehicle is, some discussions seem to point to it being a StuG III based on the interior details of the crew compartment.

Of course, my knowledge of tank interiors is spectacularly smaller than my knowledge of tank exteriors (which is also rather small).
