I feel like cutting out the whole window would be unnecessary but it's funny either way. Also I never get tired of seeing horny characters getting denied.

actually, that is standard depending on how bad the window is. Some windows are so old and rusted up, it would be easier to do this as you dont want to risk breaking apart a window, either falling glass or metal shards for old ones.

If its a more modern or younger looking window, they'd try some lubricant or oil first but if that dont work, cutting a whole it is.

Although to be fair, grabbing a cutter is usually a last resort and normally not needed.
