I like how we have nothing going for except a picture but because it's a picture of a droid and a man plus a child in a war-like place we agree it's part of Mechanical Buddy Universe.

Edit. Someone in twitter suggest the droid is pre-war Mangaka droid, but I disagree, his build is too bulky
