Although she decided to become male it A> isn't an instant process, basically her body will change itself from female to male. throughout the show it was commented on how her boobs were getting smaller but she still had boobs and presumably her genitals are also going through some odd changes as they change too. So trap that means biologically male though appearing female does not fit since the large boobs are pretty obvious that she hasn't reached male state yet. Futanari or Newhalf (as it is also and contradictorily labeled fit much better.)
