To provide some context, the previous episode (not yet uploaded) is about Valentines and Pravda. Katyusha makes some chocolate with Nina in Episode 291, which is probably why it tastes weird. The implication is that Nonna got some of that chocolate from Katyusha, which is why she's dancing for joy, but Nina feels bad because it tastes weird. Anyways, I'll upload that episode tomorrow.
