If you just want to undelete a note, look at the bottom left of the page under History, click "Notes", find the most recent version of the note you deleted, and click "Revert To". This will restore the deleted note, as well undo any other changes that may have been made to it. I took care of this already.

If you want to create a brand new note, then look again at the bottom left under Options, and click "Add Note" to activate "Translation Mode". I think pressing the N key on your keyboard may also do this, if you're on PC.
