No. If you look carefully, the body in general is too long. I believe the tail is different. The Forest Spirit had three-toed feet, not hooves- and it also had a flatter, less deerish face. Nor did the Forest Spirit have a third horn in the middle of its head. That thing up there also has what looks like mushrooms growing on its neck and hind quaters. [Looks like it has a third antler coming out near its shoulder blades too.]
