Can I get a situation on that? I have read that were Jewish officers in the Kriegsmarine and most of them were left alone initially due to concerns about training replacement but not that the majority of the navy was Jewish.

I think he may be mixing up a story Hitler told about a jewish sailor being sent to the same military hospital he was currently recovering at and basically causing a rebellion with a common adage that the overall political leaning of the Kriegsmarine was mostly communist, the Luftwaffe being national socialist, and the Wehrmacht being monarchist(I think).
