That cow seems to be pretty useful, it gives you milk, you can ride it, you can eat it, uhm i mean drink its milk. Maybe the cows also knows danmaku, that would be pretty awesome.

Seeing how she returned to her chibi state, I'd say that she transforms every time she drinks it.

Fist it managed to out moe a moe so she wouldn't eat it, now it's an unlimited supply of milk, transportation, it caries your stuff, it can stand on 2 legs and sit like a human. I'm glad to see Moecow has become a recurring character. The "fight" between her and Yuyuko was epic.

She never really transformed, that was just Youmu's dream.
