also I'm pretty sure Unicorn's OS is the standard OS albeit with NT-D, La+ Program is the locating program for the Laplace Box

in part because remember: 1- CN doesn't exist now. 2- she said she love the Unicorn. 3- La+ Program is in the Unicorn Gundam (remember the NT-D its just part of it), since the Unicorn is the key to the Laplace Box, mainly because NT-D is the name of the mode when the Unicorn has the lines in red and La+ program is when the Unicorn has the pale green lines even if still in NT-D mode.
