It's... not a persona reference. You see art like this all the time. Unless they're mimicing the poses/artstyle more closely, then it's not right. Removing the tags.

That's odd my comment was voted down. It seems reasonable that the right side would have difficulty considering the main character (as well as Marisa) and Yukari (who seems incredibly powerful, at least in theory, are on the left side. Suika and Yukari are also Ex bosses.
