    I dunno if this is exactly what they were referencing, but I *do* know that the original Dark Souls' victory message for killing a boss was a fairly lulzy "YOU DEFEATED".
    They unfortunately patched it to say "VICTORY ACHIEVED".

    Don't underestimate the possibility of an embarrassing fuckup. You wouldn't believe how many doujinshi go to print with some strange, new, creative way of misspelling "adult" in the obligatory ADULT ONLY warning on the covers.
