    Patreon request: Vampire hitting on the Necromancer.

    I like vampires more when they are portrayed as overpowered and magical, like in Vampire Hunter D, compared to when they are zombie-ish and physical, like in Blade. Sparkling vampires are a non-starter, of course.

    One theory about why they couldn't be seen is that old mirrors were backed with silver which was always seen as a "pure" metal, so thus it burned away their reflection. Modern cameras would have no issue recording them.

    Interestingly, that also means as cameras evolved they went from [Cannot Photograph Vampires] to [Can Photograph Vampires] as they started using silver compounds to develop photos, then they used light sensitive film, now it's straight to digital capture.

    so what your saying is that because we have become cheaper now vampires are walking among us and none of us would ever know?
