She really tried... Hookbang really wanted to care for the Pigeons and yet they betray her. Though one might be reluctant, one frog-headband isn't broken... And way later a Pigeon appears with a frog-headbands, indicating at least one Pigeon wants to stay with Froggy.
But otherwise.... Those are ungrateful little assholes indeed. Though I guess it may have been the plan from the beginning to take some revenge on Froggy Nun for their earlier defeat.
