armor? that reduces mobility by a lot... since she is fast enough to dodge bullets, she doesn't have to worry about getting hit in most cases...

Clothes are just inconvenient. Strap on a gun holster, lose the rest, and kick some gawking ass.

Bullet proof clothing is only slightly heavier and can stop most bullets so she could be wearing that.
