The tower shield (that seems to double as a lance) is perfect, the motifs on the tabard and the shield are beautiful, the armor is great, heavy but practical, and the icing on the cake, the fact that the shield and several elements of the armor like the greaves, cuisses, pauldrons and gorget are reminiscent of a tower's merlons and crenels.
This is truly an awesome personification of the rook.
