I've seen this too many times. I can only say that only those who know about it would get it. I won't explain if you don't get it though, it's just for yourself. Think about it. Don't come asking me what's up. There are too many stakeholders involved, and spilling it out doesn't benefit you or me. Pretend that you don't know. For everything else, I can only say it's a complicated matter, and it involves a lot of stuff. Most of the information on the web has been deleted, so only those who know it would get it.

Originated from online forums when talking about controversial topics or (scandal) topics about a famous/powerful public figure. some people like to pretend that they are mysterious and know-it-all, and will start to say nonsense that has no real meaning or contribution. It has since been used either as a sarcasm or jokingly when someone brings up a complicated topic.
