Ok, I finally understand what this comic is referring to after getting Eishin Flash in the game.
So in her story introduction, at the end of the 4th event (which is the amount of chapters all the girls get for free, to get chapters 5-7 you have to increase their affection) while most of the girls' story events at the 4th chapter end with you (the trainer) recruiting them, in Flash's story it ends with her introducing you to her parents.
Considering that most other girls like Bourbon and SWeek don't introduce you to their parents until the end of their training mode story, and being introduced to someone's parents can be seen as a prelude to a relationship, no wonder the joke is that Flash is basically doing a relationship RTA lol.
