Admitedly I don't know a thing about doujin procedures, but it's kind of a crime that it's been 5 months since LB6 but there has yet to be a proper Ritsuka-Morgan doujin that I'm aware of, let alone an oyakodon with Baobhan or a shimaidon with any of the Rits-loving Artorias.
Wouldn't this count as NTR? I know he was tecnicaly three timing with Castoria, Mash and (mainly) Nightingale already, but Morgan, just went straight to stealing him and was even laughing at Castoria there (sorry for my english)
