Where is it stated in the Danbooru TOS that "Western characters" are prohibited? I always assumed that as long as images were in anime/manga style, they were fair game...?

Out of curiousity... Why does anyone care if it's a western or eastern character? It's good, sexy artwork. Why would you care if the character came from a Japanese mind or not?
