    It was a zoo.

    English:

    All the tanks that have come out so far are named after animals.
    The description of the tanks is Kachusha's imagination, and the girls were at the zoo.

    On a side note, I've been wondering, if the real names of the nicknamed characters ever gets revealed, will the artist ever go back and "correct" all of their previous comics? I suppose it's one of the unfortunate aspects of GuP, in that the real names of about half of the characters are unknown.
