The source for this image does not appear to be the original artist. I think the artist is usurik, but they seem to have deleted their Twitter, so the original source no longer exists.

I think you're right - going by some reposts of this picture on various blogs, the original source by usurik was https://twitter.com/usurik/status/926895521582559232. ting_Levist seems to mostly just post pictures they've commissioned; plus the url for ting_Levist's post indicates it was made after usurik's.

Also, it seems like usurik is the same artist as kirusu so I'll merge their pages.
