Yeah, shinigamis are quite powerful (they have to be if they are able to do their jobs, like one story involved a certain shinigami trying to catch a wicked hermit but she kept eluding because of her powers of making holes).

Still, as per this 4koma, if the items were not broken, it would have "broke" the table instead from the impact force, but it is shown she throw with reasonable force.
