To make it even weirder, it appears as an item in your inventory, you think they will make it usable, but they didn't.

To top the weirdness, in the item description itself said that these are tradeable.
Playerbase are quick to notice that there's only 1 possible scenario: that the shop which trades these charms are taken out from the live version of the game and the items are distributed elsewhere, namely inside the chests and given as 'consolation' for the anniversary fiasco.
