Yet another 'not really translated properly' Gametora skill translation, I'm assuming.
Since it completely ignores the ウマ part, and 冷静 is calmness (as in serenity, peace of mild) more than calm (not being agitated).

So many of Gametora's translations are questionable, and on top of that, they completely ignore existing horse racing terms - such as the racing positions on the track.

It pains me to see people talking about actual horse racing using the wrong terms...

Yeah that is one of the few skill names that don't make sense, do wonder if the one responsible for the translation do a "grammar" check.
