First of all, you'll need a constant amount of current flowing through the pizza to heat it up. Defib works by shooting a pulse through your heart to 'restart' the SA node that produces electrical pulse to control your heart's pumping action.
Secondly, the amount of electricity is not enough. Defibs uses somewhere between 200-1000 volts of electricity in a span of a fraction of a second, which equals to 100 watts lamp running for few seconds. Meanwhile to reheat room temp pizza you'll need at least 3-4 minutes on microwave oven depending on the voltage.
War probably looks at this and thought the normal defib would works.
Better numbers: Current medical practice has most biphasic defibrillators top out at 200 joules per shock, though some machines used for surgical cardioversion are still on the 360J standard. According to Wikipedia, 1 joule is "The heat required to raise the temperature 0.239 g of water from 0°C to 1°C, or from 32°F to 33.8°F." If we assume a large pizza is approximately 800 grams (guesstimating at density of non-water components), then we can calculate the temperature gain from one shock.
Kal'tsit should think about getting an AED. It wouldn't even load, because the pizza (or the food of your choice) doesn't have ventricular fibrillation.
Wouldn't have destroyed a real defib either because those things have safeties and are usually overengineered.
Never underestimate people with the power to destroy things. Here we use to call them "with stomach hands", because things they touch get decomposed or dissolved between them.

Well, just trying to destroy this particular machine by using it to heat up a frozen pizza just wouldn't work. You'd have a better shot at actually heating up the pizza than destroying the machine through this application unless you went out of the way to hard-bypass all the safeties which people with an anti-electronic field don't usually get to learn how to do.
