Uh, no. The Merseyside Derby is the rivalry between the two main Liverpool-based top-flight teams, Liverpool FC and Everton FC. Liverpool (personified by the girl in red) does have something of an "aw, how cute, they're trying to compete" attitude towards their less-prominent townmate, as pictured here, with the EFC girl not taking the treatment well. This could very well be the debut of Liver-tan and Ever-tan.
