They're clearly not the same thing. The link above is to a platformer. The pic here is something reminesant of Legend of Zelda.

The video and such on that homepage appears to be a different game by the same circle called 東方美襲劇. The game shown here is 東方宝嬌旅. It is indeed a real and was available at Comiket 77.
