I like the style of this.
The age is perfect, the shoes and sleaves are in correspondence to the canon Mokou from Imperishable Night, and her hands are actually in her pockets. All she needs is her hair a bit longer to ankle-length and some color, and it would be perfect.
This artist most likely knows how to get into character without messing it up.
