why is it that everytime a character supposedly dies they come back as a pirate. In whatever that chracter went through all they lost was 1 eye. i just dont get it...hahaha

Well, I suppose they had to have some permanent damage to Asuka's body to show the audience the hell she was put through. And apparently, making her an amputee was out of the question...
