I'm guessing the turtle is the Hookgrandma's turtle and that grave is hers.
You can also see 3rd wool plushie on one of the graves. I'm guessing since Hookbang gave one to her dad that must be her mom's grave.

Half-Bang is just sulking - everyone else has family, even the ostrich, and she might not even know where her mother even is.
