I assume "mackerel" is a misinterpretation of something related to british bombers or something, since I doubt she'd be talking about the submarine.
the artist is like "you don't respect the fat dinosaur, the fat dinosaur is angry". I think the artist is the one she's gonna shoot. they'd have it coming, calling her that. she's none of the above, after all. rather another titty goddess with three meidos worth of hair to care for.

at least she is considerate enough not to use her fighters or bombers
