All of you recall that J-Man was put on a "wooden" Cross, right? i mean, this one looks like made of stone, so it sure isn't "that" relic, if anything Flandre is fooling around with some random skeleton she had nearby and put it like that, she even put a some flowers on it to make it look "pretty", and yeah that's part of the joke behind Flandre's character.
