Judging by the art style, I'm fairly sure it's uh. 'Do you like horny bunnies?' Dunno if it's the first or second one. There's a few animations going around like this. Might be a different game, but it's DEFINITELY the same artist(s).

Although the game this gif came from is a futa based game, the image shown here is pretty ambiguous so I wouldn't label this as futanari.
