I'd like to know where there standing. On top of a building? On the street? Or maybe inside a building that's under construction

That sign looks like it came from a train station, even though the locations on it don't seem to technically exist. Myself, I wonder what's burning so persistently just past that horizon...

Judging by the seat and sign I'd say they're at a Train/Bus/whatever station, and it's fairly high up. There's an antenna and some dishes on a nearby building, and those normally only go on rooftops. I'd say they're 2 or more storeys up.

Some of the choppers are Apaches, that might hint at what's burning. Maybe a tank platoon.
