What's the error in this image?

The hand holding the cellphone belongs on the opposite arm.

Actually, I think it might just be the placement of the thumb. The other fingers look like they're in the correct place, based mostly on what I'm assuming the pinky is. Thought if they slid the top fingers over, I guess the thumb would be correct and the others would be off.
