Third panel from the bottom, left side. It's something to the effect of expressing surprise that at Mokou's desire to converse, but the handwriting....is that 「縁」 there?

The phrase 縁がない apparently means "have no relation to". I edited some notes to match.

Is at times like this when I want Mitsumoto to work on this faster... Man, the despair of a slow, exciting and uncertain future.

Hm... in post #467828, Mystia clearly says her when talking about Mokou, but in here Marisa refers to the mystery person as a he.

Not sure if it's the artist's mistake though, or something that couldn't quite come out of the translation cleanly.

In the post you link to, Mystia doesn't actually say "her"; it's just English having no gender-neutral singular pronouns again. Marisa definitely uses "man" here, so it's her mistake.

Hehe, love the way Marisa says "It was so cute!" "I just wanted to grab her and take her home! ☆"

Perhaps, Marisa has learned a little from Rena Ryuugu. lol
