In 2009, Kyoto University students hacked the Dr. Orita Statue to resemble Riderman. They have performed other similar acts in the past to make the statue appear to be other figures of Japanese popular culture.
Protip: Riderman, aka.Yuuki Jouji graduated in Technology from the Kyoto University.
