She looks like the commander from the Anti-Oni Squad from the manga Kyouko Karasuma. I'm not 100% sure, that's why I won't add the tag. Anyone can confirm?

Maciste, the commander you mean (whose name I forgot as well) doesn't look much like her. Her face is more stern and she has curls. Peculiar curls. So it should really be considered if the Kyoko Karasuma tag should be removed. But then again, this might be from the issue released in Japan that I haven't read yet.
