It's obvious Kronii's pokemon would be Dialga and Sana's would be Palkia. I guess Fauna's would be Shaymin?
Not sure about the other two, but let's go with Sinnoh legendary for the whole team. Maybe Regigigas for Mumei and Giratina for Baelz?

YOU FOOL! Mumei would obviously have a Duraludon, and Baelz would have a Hoopa or Zoroark.
