Looks like a set up for a high school anime about a group mishmash of students going against the student council.

I like the idea of Holomyth as a group of delinquents/troublemakers.
Bit late to say this, but I love the designs on all of them here.

I can imagine if somehow were to lore-write that HoloCouncil was formed to counter/balance out HoloMyth as they're beginning to run rampant
