Look like some kind of chemical stimulants. Seems pretty clear they're providing something and extracting bodily fluids. Might be a filtering device of some kind - or she's the filtering device, given how there's an in and an out pipe.
Oh, and the one under her breast is presumably providing her lungs with air... assuming that she's underwater as the bubbles suggest, despite the liquid on her body remaining as drips and the clear effect of gravity on her hair.
I'd assume the black ones are linked to her lymphocyte system, from their positions, presumably proteins and supplements to keep her muscles from atrophying. And some of them must be providing nutrients unless she gets time out of the machine too.
Doesn't look like anything's effecting her blood though.
